Lovely new M&S cafe in store, nice, bright, clean and calm environment. Attractive cakes once we walked in, however food choices are not much, especially hot food. Price is reasonable considering it’s M&S quality, service is good, lovely, polite staff. Plenty parking, including disabled parking right outside, believe it has time limit.

Just had a wonderful experience at Fosse Park M&S cafe. Arrived with minutes to spare before closing and was served by the lovely assistant, Simone. She was happy to help with my order and didn't rush me at all. The food is so fresh and the coffee was delicious. Highly recommend.

Love this busy cafe! Staff are so helpful and cheery Its a great meet up place for people of all ages and room for pushchair and prams . Good access for disabled too but not very close to toilets. This could be improved .

Went about 5.00pm. Not very busy at all - a blessing. 20% off home and Christmas currently. Bought a couple of nice bone china mugs (photo attached). Popped into the main cafe (not the one right by the entrance), very few people there either. I can recommend the smoked bacon sandwich.

No queues to get in either the store or the cafe. Great selection of snacks and cakes. Coffees freshly made to order and it was a decent flat white. There were plenty of spare tables each with a perspex screen between it and the next table. Pleasant and polite staff. Nice to get back to a bit of normal.
